From today on there were two of us again after a long time. At four in the afternoon our fellow sailor and dear friend “Uncle” Tom left for the airport with another sailor, to fly back to wet and cold England. Gut vier Wochen haben wir zusammen verbracht mit allen Höhen und Tiefen, die nun einmal auch dazugehören. Hier möchten wir noch einmal ganz offiziell Danke sagen für die Unterstützung bei unserer Atlantiküberquerung. Zu dritt sind viele Dinge einfacher und auch die Menge an Schlaf, die jeder einzelne bekommt ist deutlich höher. Für uns war es eine tolle Zeit 
Für Ihn war es, genau wie für Dietmar, schon die zweite Atlantiküberquerung, und bevor er uns verließ meinte er, das wären jetzt auch genug an der Zahl :-)Da ständen noch andere Dinge auf seiner „bucket-list“ 🙂 Denn einer von Toms Lieblingssprüchen lautet: „Adventure before Dementia“. Es ist immer gut, das Leben mit Humor zu nehmen. And of course we wish him many more exciting adventures 
In the evening we had to have fun all by ourselves at the Rodney Bay Marina Party. The ARC organization really worked hard  and the party went on until the early hours of the morning. While I was already giving up and going peacefully to the bunk, Dietmar pulled "through the village" with the boys. The last station was probably the catamaran FIRST STEP, anchored in front of the marina. Around four o'clock in the morning, Dietmar was returned safely to the CESARINA 
